RAtes for services​ (60 min session)

$120 per hour for individual and family therapy sessions.

For out of network insurance plans, I will provide you with a “super bill” which has all the information needed if you choose to submit your own claim for reimbursement based on your plan. 

*Rates may be between $120-150 if using Headway or Alma for in network benefits. 

$120 per one hour of Reiki or Sound Bowl Healing

Insurance

Coverage varies greatly, but mental health services may be covered in part or in full by your insurance provider. Please contact your health insurance plan to learn more about what your plan covers prior to your first session. Below are some helpful questions to ask:
  • Does my insurance benefits include mental health services?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Will I be required to pay a copay?
  • Is there a limit to the number of sessions per year my plan covers?
  • What is my deductible?
  • If I see an out of network provider, what are my out of network benefits?
  • What is my out of network deductible and patient costs?
  • Do I need to get approval from my primary care physician?

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay $50.
